PCI Pharma Services seeks a Manager for Quality Operations in Rockford, IL to oversee incoming and finished goods inspections, quality events, and team leadership across receiving and quality departments. The role includes 24-hour support for quality issues, budget management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Supervisors, Leads, Auditors, and Inspectors across shifts
Manage quality issues, non-conforming products, and product holds across all shifts
Compile, analyze, and report departmental quality metrics and performance indicators
Oversee incoming, in-process, and finished goods inspections for conformance to standards
Investigate root causes of defects and quality events; recommend corrective solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or 1–5 years equivalent experience
College-level mathematical skills
Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency across multiple programs
Professional fluency in speaking, reading, and writing technical content
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills
High-standard report writing and documentation capabilities

Compensation: $86,880–$97,740 annually plus annual performance bonus eligibility
