Cardiac Cath Lab RN - Day Shift

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule from 07:00 to 17:30.

The Cardiac Cath Lab RN will be responsible for providing excellent patient care in a high-paced environment. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to execute procedures and ensure optimal patient outcomes. This includes scrubbing and monitoring during various cardiac and electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate during cardiac cath lab procedures, including Balloon Angioplasty, Stents, and Thrombectomy.
• Perform Interventional Radiology procedures including stenting and vascular studies.
• Manage Electrophysiology procedures including Pacemaker insertion and Cardioversion.
• Monitor EKG and hemodynamics during procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.
• Must have experience in scrubbing procedures with a competency level of 3 or 4.
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and RCIS.
• Must be able to float as needed and be flexible with scheduling, including weekend rotations.
