Ironclad Logistics is a growing North Carolina courier and last-mile company looking for a dependable 26ft box truck owner-operator based in Charlotte.

The route: Dedicated Monday–Friday, dock-to-dock with driver assist, roughly a 250-mile radius out of Charlotte. Paid weekly, with your rate confirmed before every run.

What you bring:

• Your own 26ft box truck with lift gate
• Valid license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable communication — you show up when you say you will

What we offer:

• Consistent, dedicated M–F work — not one-off load-board runs
• Weekly pay, $2,500–$3,000/week depending on miles and stops
