As they expand, they are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with some accounting experience who is looking to grow their career in the real estate industry. The Entry‑Level Staff Accountant will work closely with the Senior Accountant and the Controller to ensure the accuracy of financial records, assist in financial reporting and perform various accounting tasks. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis Help with month‑end and year‑end closing processes Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant accounting regulations Assist in audits by preparing documentation and providing necessary support Maintain organized financial records and documentation Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Experience in accounting or finance; experience in real estate or property management is a plus Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar) is an advantage Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Thank you, Sarah Carpenter Project Manager, Accounting and Finance LaSalle Network #J-18808-Ljbffr kozmetickesluzby.vecnakraska.sk - Jobboard
