As they expand their marketing function, they’re looking for a creative Social Media Coordinator to help bring the brand to life across every platform. Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced marketing team where creativity, trends and community sit at the heart of everything you do. You'll support the delivery of engaging social content, strengthen audience engagement and help drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. Whether you're identifying the next viral trend, creating engaging content or interacting with the online community, you'll play an important role in shaping the brand's digital presence. Content & Social Media Assist with planning and delivering content across key social platforms. Create engaging visual and video content that reflects the brand's personality. Keep up to date with social trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement. Maintain a consistent brand presence across all digital channels. Community & Brand Engagement Build meaningful relationships with the online community through daily engagement. Respond to customer enquiries and conversations across social platforms. Confidently represent the brand through regular live social content. Help strengthen customer loyalty through authentic interactions. Campaign Support & Performance Support influencer activity and wider digital campaigns. Track content performance and provide insights to improve future activity. Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to deliver business objectives. Contribute creative ideas that support continued brand growth. Qualifications Previous experience within social media, content creation or digital marketing. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and other leading social platforms. Confident creating short-form content using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar software. Excellent written communication and organisational skills. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Experience within beauty, personal care or consumer brands is advantageous. Confident appearing on camera and engaging with online audiences.
