With 50 years of experience, H&H Color Lab is an industry leader in product development and design for high quality photographic prints and products.H&H Color Lab is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician!What you will do: As a member of a small team, you will be one of the primary points of contact for IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties. You will be working with and taking direction from the Systems Administrator, in addition to working on projects as assigned by the IT Manager.Work hours: Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM/8AM - 5PM/9AM – 6PM (varies based on season) (occasional after-hours work)Compensation: $23 - $28 per hour Essential Functions Essential Functions are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills. Employees are responsible for all other duties as assigned.Display good interpersonal skills in interacting with colleagues from various departments and managementResponds to telephone calls, email and in-person requests for technical supportInstalling and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usabilityTroubleshooting hardware and software issuesRepairing or replacing damaged hardwareInstalling and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user levelPerforming tests and evaluations of new software and hardwareEstablishing good relationships with all departments and colleaguesManaging technical documentation and track/document tasks in Jira. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for user-level IT queries and ensure the optimal running of all systems. Responsibilities include installing hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and managing technical documentation in Jira. Requirements Minimum Qualifications:1+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAttention to detailGood problem-solving skillsStrong professional work ethicBe comfortable in a Lean / Agile work environmentPreferred Qualifications:CompTIA A+ certificationWorked in a manufacturing company environmentFamiliarity with Azure IaaSLean training/exposure/experienceWork Environment:The primary duties of this position are performed in a standard office environment with frequent exposure to a light-manufacturing environment.
