Strategic Partnerships Associate

Identifying and securing new affiliate partner relationships, the full-time Strategic Partnerships Associate will manage the complete affiliate relationship lifecycle, from outreach and recruitment to onboarding and ongoing optimization, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Proactively identify, recruit, and secure new affiliate partners that align with client goals Build and scale relationships with new and existing affiliate partners to improve performance Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned affiliates and facilitate client onboarding Required qualifications BA/BS degree from an accredited university 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, client success, or account management Strong ability to prospect and manage long-term partnerships with external stakeholders Track record of successfully negotiating deals aligned with company goals Preferred skills include experience in affiliate marketing and familiarity with CRM tools
