Location and Schedule Omaha, NE (68130) Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy evenings at home! In-person, Center-based ABA. Remote/Work From Home Flexibility (with eligibility): 1 day WFH. Total Earnings Potential: $109,000 – $124,000 in your first year. This leadership role blends clinical excellence with operational and staff development responsibilities. As a Clinical Director, you’ll mentor Clinical Supervisors, guide program integrity, and help drive high-quality outcomes for the families we serve. What You’ll Do Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders) Oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care Conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data‑driven decision‑making Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress Maintain up to 25 billable hours/week (full‑time) providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs, without carrying a direct caseload Develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians Support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance Collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads Lead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your center Contribute to the organization’s strategic growth initiatives What You Bring Completed Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field Active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience Proven leadership and management skills Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams Comfort using technology (e.g., scheduling software, electronic data platforms) TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance Spanish-speaking is a plus Why Accel Therapies At Accel Therapies, we believe great leadership makes all the difference.
