Location: Onsite - Kitsap Clinic
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee

Hourly Rate: $21-23/hr
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends!)
Reports To: Regional Manager

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Full-Time TMS Technician for our Kitsap clinic —an opportunity that goes beyond a job to help patients reclaim their lives while you grow your career in a collaborative, people-first environment. TMS Technician Responsibilities
  • Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
  • Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic experience for every patient.
  • Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
  • Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.

TMS Technician Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for):

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $21-23/hr

Requirements:

TMS Technician Qualifications

  • Preferred Education: BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field.
  • 2+ years in healthcare, patient care, or medical office support (CNA, MA, Patient Care Tech, etc.) preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
  • Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
  • Patient-centered, compassionate team player who is professional, punctual, and proactive
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage details effectively
  • Preferred: BLS certification.
