Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

We are seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and grow a skilled nursing facility within a family-based healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities Include Providing visionary leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence. Managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities, and driving strategic results. Developing and retaining talent, fostering staff satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment. Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Communicating effectively with staff, patients, families, and community stakeholders. Qualifications And Skills Required Current LNHA license or willingness to obtain one. Minimum of three years' experience operating a skilled nursing facility. Proven success in clinical outcomes, staff retention, business development, and financial management.
