• Assignment Dates: Multiple dates available: July 6-10, 20-24, 27, 30; Aug 17-21, 24-28, 31; Sept 1, 7-11, 14-18, 28-Oct 2, 5-9, 12-16, 26-30; Nov 2-6, 9-13, 16-20; Dec 7-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-30
• Duration: 52 weeks (locum tenens / temporary anesthesia jobs)
• Shifts per Week: 5
• Shift Hours: 8-hour day shifts (7:00am – 3:00pm)
• Call Schedule: 3:00pm – 7:00am (OR call from home, OB call in house; chief assigns call)
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,530 – $7,930
• Team Model: 18 providers (MDs and CRNAs), 9 ORs — strong perioperative team
• EMR: Cerner
• Credentialing: 60-90 days (temporary privileges available with clear background/malpractice history)

Qualifications — Indiana CRNA Jobs

• Minimum 2 years of CRNA clinical experience required
• Active, unrestricted CRNA license; compact license accepted for up to 6 months with temporary privileges (Indiana RN license required for full privileges after 6 months)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA issued)
• COI-IN PCF required
• Proof of case logs for epidurals, spinals, and peripheral nerve blocks
• TEE/heart experience preferred (cardiac anesthesia experience a plus)

Primary Responsibilities — Locum Tenens Anesthesia Provider

• Deliver safe anesthesia care across a diverse case mix: cardiac, orthopedic, endoscopy, general surgery, ophthalmology, vascular, gynecology, pediatrics, urology, trauma, and acute pain management
• Perform regional anesthesia: spinals, epidurals, and peripheral nerve blocks; maintain accurate case logs
• Participate in assigned call schedule and ensure timely 20-minute response when on call
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary perioperative team of MDs and CRNAs to optimize patient outcomes
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Cerner EMR for perioperative and anesthesia records
