This multi-specialty medical center operates 9 ORs, 2 endoscopy rooms, 1 cardiovascular suite, 1 catheterization lab, and 1 interventional radiology suite, supporting a broad range of surgical services. The anesthesia team comprises 18 clinicians, with MDs on-site providing minimal supervision for CRNAs. Temporary privileges are available with a clean file, and credentialing typically takes 60 to 90 days.

Terre Haute, Indiana is a midsized city in western Indiana with a low cost of living and easy access to Indianapolis. Its known for its university community, manageable traffic, and a mix of suburban and rural surroundings. Travelers typically find lodging, dining, and transportation convenient and affordable.

Clinicians will provide anesthesia services at an OR facility under a supervision model, working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call coverage from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM. OR call is taken from home, while OB call (when applicable) is in-house, with a 20-minute response time required; no post-call day off is provided. Case mix includes cardiac, orthopedic, general surgery, vascular, and trauma procedures, and proficiency in spinals, epidurals, and blocks is required. The schedule consists of sporadic dates across September through December, primarily for vacation coverage, and board certification is required for this locum tenens assignment.
