You’ll combine friendly Retail Sales support with hands-on troubleshooting so people leave confident and taken care of.Key responsibilities:Provide in-store and phone-based Customer Service and Technical SupportPerform Battery Testing and Battery Installation (including Automotive Batteries) and support safe recyclingComplete Device Repair and basic Electronics Repair with careful documentationUse Point-of-Sale to process purchases, returns, and special orders accuratelyOffer clear Product Recommendations and helpful add-ons while working as a teamRequired skills/qualifications:Strong communication, active listening, and customer-first mindsetTechnical aptitude and practical Troubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced Retail Sales settingAble to lift automotive batteries and meet physical demandsPay: $16/hr. You’ll start by checking the day’s pickups and repair queue, then pivot as customers arrive—some need quick Battery Testing, others want guidance comparing options, and some need a Phone Repair Technician who can explain the fix in plain language. Between customer conversations, you’ll keep work areas tidy, update order statuses, and coordinate with teammates so handoffs stay smooth.
