OFFICE CLERK POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Hourly LOCATION: Santa Rosa, CA | HYBRID WAGE SCALE: $20.00-$26.00 BENEFITS & PERKS: Paid time off - Vacation, Sick & Holidays Monday- Friday Schedule Room for growth and be a part of an amazing team RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontract agreements, and supporting documentation. Track contract requirements, deadlines, compliance items, and deliverables. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers. Assist with reporting, data entry, and document control. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Support billing, change orders, purchase orders, and administrative project functions. Identify and resolve issues proactively and elevate concerns when necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience as a Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator, Construction Administrator, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel Word Outlook Teams Microsoft 365 applications Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Experience working in construction, contracting, energy programs, or project-based environments is preferred. COMPANY: Alcal Specialty Contracting, Inc.
