The Opportunity As Lead Veterinarian, you'll provide hands‑on clinical care while helping guide the medical direction and continued growth of the hospital. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional medical and surgical care for small animal patients Supporting associate veterinarians through mentorship and collaboration Helping maintain and improve clinical standards Assisting with team development and workflow improvements Encouraging a positive and supportive workplace culture Collaborating with hospital leadership to support long‑term growth This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, coaching others, and making a meaningful impact within a close‑knit veterinary team.
