Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, updates, and system-related items. Partner with HR, payroll, and other internal teams to respond to questions and inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and status updates related to new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and other changes. Assist with onboarding and off boarding of new employees. Find new ways to improve internal processes and system automations. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-service mindset. High attention to detail and organization.
