OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Blue Springs, MO by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

From Blue Springs, MO, join HMD Trucking's nationwide dry van operation as an experienced OTR driver. You'll run long-haul routes, deliver freight on time, and maintain high safety and service standards. Fleet equipment consists of sleeper tractors less than three years old with APUs and inverters, backed by in‑house maintenance for quick turnarounds.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and secure dry van freight on over‑the‑road routes, adhering to DOT regulations.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain electronic logs (ELD) and paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatch to keep routes efficient and deliveries punctual.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
