Rural Health Group Dental – NC Licensed Dentist Salary range: $140,000 – $155,000 (based on experience) with a sign‑on bonus. Relocation allowance, continuing education allowance, and loan repayment available. Six operatories equipped with state‑of‑the‑art dental equipment, including digital imaging. eClinicalWorks (eCW) is used for electronic dental records and practice management. Patient mix includes adult and pediatric cases. Schedule: four 10‑hour days per week. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, psychologists, and social workers. Qualifications Licensed dentist in North Carolina. At least one year of experience or residency strongly preferred; new graduates will be considered. Commitment to a rural practice and desire to establish roots in the community.
