Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the roofing industry or a related field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
