Academic Scholar – Assistant/Associate/Full Professor; Medicine; Division of Infectious Disease Position Title Academic Scholar – Assistant/Associate/Full Professor; Medicine; Division of Infectious Disease The Division of Infectious Diseases at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo (UB), invites applications for a full-time Academic Scholar at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor. Rank will be commensurate with experience. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to our mission of excellence in patient care, education, and research across our major affiliated teaching hospitals and ambulatory care settings. Primary Responsibilities Provide expert care as an attending physician for inpatient and outpatient infectious disease services, including consultations and follow-up care. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in clinical and academic settings. Supervise and train infectious disease fellows, fostering their professional development. Engage in clinical and/or translational research, with institutional support for scholarly activities.
