Help Desk Support Specialist Job Definition

• Frontal and remote service for up to 500 users.
• Resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Support for desktops/laptops.
• Working with communication equipment.
• Setup and maintenance of printers.
• Installation of operating systems.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in Help Desk or support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of PC.
• Experience with Windows 10, 11 Active Directory, Office365, Copilot.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluent in English / Hebrew written and spoken.
