Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in North Lake County. In this role, you will guide prospective homebuyers through the sales process, showcasing our exceptional homes and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective customers, providing informative tours of model homes and communities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them throughout the homebuying journey Utilize effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts Prepare weekly sales reports and updates for management Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve satisfaction Qualifications Previous sales experience in real estate or homebuilding is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Must be able to work weekends What We Offer At Trinity Family Builders, you’ll be part of a supportive team that values quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.
