• Days 6am - 6pm & nights 6pm - 6am -- 7 on / 7 off
• Average daily census up to 40 patients
• 5 - 8 admissions per day during daytime coverage
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Anesthesiologists, surgeons, and pulmonologist available for consults
• Central lines and intubation required
• Arterial lines, paracentesis, and thoracentesis preferred
• Open ICU model
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
