Member Service Representative

We partner with employers and health plans to deliver high-touch care through unlimited supplies, real health advisors, and proactive, personalized support. Position Overview We're seeking a reliable, compassionate, and tech-savvy Member Support Specialist to provide world-class service to our members. You'll be the first point of contact for questions about accounts, orders, and app navigation - ensuring every member receives accurate, empathetic, and timely assistance. Key Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with onboarding, order tracking, and account updates Provide empathetic, solutions-focused support at all times Troubleshoot and elevate clinical or technical concerns as needed Document all member interactions in the CRM Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution Support enrollment, retention, and outreach initiatives Qualifications 2+ year of customer/member service or healthcare support experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Empathetic and proactive problem solver Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Medical, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days) Paid time off and holidays 401(k) plan Wellness programs Room for growth in a mission-driven organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Diathrive Health
