We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively with customers, production teams, and cell supervisors.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain department spreadsheets and reports.
• Track and distribute daily Work in Progress (WIP) reports.
• Coordinate expedited orders with customers and cell supervisors.
• Communicate customer requirements and production updates to internal teams.
• Monitor lead times and delivery schedules.
• Generate WIP and production-related reports using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and send formal customer quotes.
• Generate quotes from published price lists.
• Assist with coordinating trade shows and customer survey requests.
• Manage customer-driven changes and prioritize urgent requests.
• Support general administrative and customer service functions as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (training available).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive, professional, and friendly phone presence.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).

Location: Kennebunk, ME. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week. Position may require Saturday work as needed.
