Job Description Reviews ward’s intake/referral file to abstract pertinent information for legal pleadings. Prepare pleadings for attorneys involved. Secures probate attorney to represent the petitioner as identified in the intake form. Coordinate and schedule hearing dates and times. Type correspondence, all necessary preliminary notices prior to legal proceedings on each accepted referral, type rough drafts, orders, legal pleadings, various reports, statements and forms. Compose correspondence to family members of the ward’s informing them of the guardianship. Also, notify facilities and Supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
