About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Education to join its Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in all educational initiatives, professional development programs, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires the development of a comprehensive educational framework, program development and delivery, content and curriculum creation, and the promotion of innovative, technology-enabled, remote learning solutions. The VP of Education will also serve as an ambassador, building strong partnerships with PA program faculty, institutional leaders, and national healthcare associations. Staff mentorship, operational oversight, and a strong focus on accreditation standards are key aspects of the position. Candidates for the VP of Education role at the company should have a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline, be a current or former certified PA, and have at least 7 years' of leadership experience in PA education, accreditation, or related fields. Advanced knowledge of PA education and accreditation standards, as well as experience in programmatic development and execution, is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to influence and unite diverse stakeholders, and possess superior communication skills. Personal characteristics should include being a leader of leaders, a tactful straight shooter, and demonstrating high empathy, metacognition, and a deep passion for the profession.
