Supervisory Program Analyst

DutiesYou will be responsible for the coordination of program tasks directly related to the NATRACOM (Naval Air Training Command) Training Management System (TMS).You will review, evaluate, and recommend improved training methods that support functional use of the Training Management System (TMS).You will assist in the development of TMS technical documentation, reports, and presentations.You will provide technical and administrative direction of an aligned, engaged and high-performing team.You will develop and execute a mission-aligned vision for the organization.You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both technical and administrative matters.You will perform root cause analysis on the functional use of the Training Management System (TMS).
