Job Title: Accounting Clerk I

Location: Fully Remote (EST hours)

Duration: 12 months Assignment (potential to extension or conversion depends on business needs)

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Admin/Clerical Only:

Back-office vs Telephone work: 100% back office

Summary Of Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

A typical day starts by logging in, checking team messages, and reviewing the Excel file for assigned tasks.
You will then complete your daily work, prioritize tasks based on urgency, and manage your time effectively to ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on time.

How will performance be measured:

Ability to manage time well and complete daily tasks on schedule.
Accuracy in processing and reviewing financial information.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure all assigned tasks are completed by the end of the day.

Must Have :

Finance and Accounting.
Excell skills.
Banking experience.

Soft Skills:

Time management.
Accuracy

Education & Experience:

Associate degree (Preference).
Years of Overall Experience: 3-5 years.
