Epic Willow / Pharmacy Analyst II

pay: 68-70/hr Summary: Supports Epic Willow pharmacy workflows, medication ordering/verification, dispensing, inventory, interfaces, and integration with clinical and revenue-cycle processes. Provides build, testing, issue resolution, and optimization. Level II scope: Intermediate resource; independent delivery of standard work. Core responsibilities:*Must be certified in Epic Willow as an analyst Build, validate, and support Willow configuration, medication records, orderables, formularies, dispensing workflows, security, inventory, and interfaces.
- Resolve pharmacy incidents, medication workflow defects, upgrade impacts, and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with pharmacy operations, clinicians, revenue cycle, interfaces, trainers, vendors, and Epic teams.
- Develop test scripts, validation evidence, workflow documentation, downtime procedures, and runbooks.
- Support medication safety, compliance, operational throughput, and continuous improvement initiatives.
