What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Float to other hospital units as needed, including related facilities in the OSU network
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and record patient data accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and patient needs

What You Need

Required:

• Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with IV starts and tele technology, EPIC system preferred

Preferred:

• Experience floating between units or hospitals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
