What You’ll Do Be a True Partner – Partner with clients to truly understand their business and related needs, building long‑term trust. Become the most credible resource, focused on analyzing the client’s existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes. Collaborate and Connect – Stay informed and in tune with HCM capabilities, new product features, and functionality challenges that may arise across other work streams. Act as a team player who seeks to understand the business and asks questions to other members of the client project team, sales, and client service. Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner – Recommend and implement the appropriate solutions to clients based on their unique needs and ADP’s impressive HCM offerings. Incorporate new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending an ADP solution. Create and Innovate – Champion best practices and process improvement. To Succeed in This Role At least 2 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment. At least 1 year of experience working in Human Resources. You communicate effectively, both verbal and written. A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences could include military experience, as ADP values the discipline, commitment, and problem‑solving abilities of veterans. Preferred Qualifications You maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands. You can work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks. You possess client relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution. You are comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards. You can recognize basic procedural issues as they arise during the implementation process and escalate to the appropriate level. You demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new implementation situations. You are proficient in the latest web technologies with working knowledge of various operating systems. You have excellent analytical and time‑management skills. Proficient using Microsoft Office, FinancialForce, and other relevant systems. You have highly‑recognized professional certifications, such as SHRM‑CP, CAPM, PMI‑ACP, FPC, aPH. Salary & Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Compensation ranges from USD $55,500.00 to USD $103,700.00 per year, with potential additional bonus, equity, or commission.
