We are looking for experienced Direct Support Professionals who are confident in their abilities, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

As a DSP, you will be a consistent, reliable presence for the individuals we support. You will help guide daily skill-building, promote independence, and support safe and enriching community participation.

In this role, you will:

• Support individuals with daily living, social, communication, and community engagement goals.
• Follow each person’s support plan with accuracy and accountability.
• Document progress, data, and observations clearly and on time.
• Ensure safety and supervision at all times, including during outings and transport.
• Identify and report changes in physical, medical, or behavioral status.
• Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behavior.
• Maintain clean, safe program environments and vehicles.

We are seeking candidates who already have the skillset and confidence to step into this role with experience and professionalism.

You must have:

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to follow structured plans and document thoroughly.
• A valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, active environment with changing needs throughout the day.

Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and crisis management are preferred; otherwise, candidates must obtain and maintain them upon hire.
