Responsibilities
- Assess and document patients' status using age-specific data, including physical and psychosocial factors.
- Demonstrate accurate assessment skills appropriate to each patient's age; perform ongoing assessments and document within standards.
- Conduct and record observations, physical exams, lab/test results, and patient responses to interventions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning to identify and clarify patient needs for optimal outcomes.
- Assist other care team members in delivering patient care as appropriate.
- Include patient teaching and discharge planning to promote understanding and outcomes after transfer or discharge.

Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license (Nursys verification showing an active IL license required)
- ACLS (American Heart Association) and BLS (American Heart Association) certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Submission requirements: 2 supervisory reference forms completed with dates employed
- Skills checklist current within the last year (per profile requirements)
