To support a growing client-facing department, the full-time remote Client Support Specialist will coordinate client inquiries, oversee account intake processes, and maintain data integrity while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional correspondence Manage daily account intake processes and execute data validation for account accuracy Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers and maintaining accurate account notations Required qualifications 1-3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is beneficial but not required Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets Familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus
