Role: Deskside Support Specialist
Duration: 3 Months
Pay rate : $19-$20/hr. on 1099
Arkansas – 25 Openings
Kentucky – 29 Openings
Tennessee – 20 Openings
Texas - 35 Openings Visa Status:OPT/ H1/ Citizen/ CPT - Valid till March 2027 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts (Active Directory, password resets).
- Document tickets in service management tools.
- Support workstation setup, multimedia equipment, and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Desktop/IT Support.
- Knowledge of Windows/macOS (Linux is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email clients, and remote support tools.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Vaccinations to be taken after confirmation
