MIG welder, multiple shifts

MIG Welding Position Our client located on the West side of Cleveland is hiring for a direct hire MIG welding position. This company offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity for career growth. 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday 2nd shift: 3pm-2:30am Mon-Thurs $2 differential Weekend shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am Friday-Sunday (work 36 hours, get paid for 40) $2 or $5 differential Job duties include: MIG welding and fabricating on custom parts Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy-fuel & hand plasma) Following lean principles as well as safety and quality standards Conducting dimensional inspections of parts and checking for quality requirements Job requirements include: Experienced MIG welder (5+ years preferred) Experience welding carbon, stainless, or high alloy steels Experience welding thick to thin structural members Ability to read and understand job instructions Benefits provided include: Competitive pay Profit-sharing Full range of benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, clothing allowance, wellness program, and opportunity for career growth Inova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
