Job Summary:
Willow Terrace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Unit Clerk to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. About the Unit Clerk Role:
As a Unit Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various clerical and administrative tasks, such as:
Accurate documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, test results, and medication administration.
Communication : Respond to phone calls, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ordering and stocking : Order supplies and medications, and maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
Scheduling : Assist with scheduling and coordinating resident appointments and treatments.
Data entry : Enter and maintain accurate and timely data into our electronic medical records system.
Unit Clerk Responsibilities:
Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Assist with ordering and stocking supplies and medications, and maintain an organized and efficient inventory system.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate and timely records.
Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care and customer service.
