Overview Now Hiring: Senior Content Marketing Manager I'm partnering with a YC-backed AI voice-agent startup in the San Francisco Bay Area on a high-ownership content role — this is a rare fit for a writer with real reporter instincts. This is a craft role reporting directly to the CMO. You will own customer storytelling end-to-end: source customers, run interviews like a journalist, find angles others miss, write the piece, and drive distribution. You will also own the flagship blog and the written layer of product launches. The focus is on writing that earns attention rather than filling a calendar. Responsibilities Own customer storytelling end-to-end: source the customer, conduct interviews, develop angles, write pieces, and drive distribution. Own the flagship blog and the written layer of product launches. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure clear and impactful messaging. Qualifications 5–7 years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism (B2B SaaS or tech required). A portfolio with range — customer stories, essays, launch content. Proven end-to-end ownership of case studies / customer stories. Comfort with technical products and a nose for a great story.
