What You'll Do:

• Review and match documents against established guidelines, identify exceptions, and update tracking systems with accurate information.
• Verify whether documents are originals or copies and reconcile physical records with data in the document custody system.
• Perform filing, scanning, folder creation, and shelving activities while maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Follow established procedures, risk controls, and regulatory requirements, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and support ongoing document management activities.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working with in a vaulting area pulling files off shelving.
