Role & Responsibility:

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

• Process and maintain custody documents in accordance with agency guidelines or custodial agreements for Institutional clients.
• Utilize imaging systems to scan, index, and retrieve documents efficiently.
• Match document data within the custody tracking system to original documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Determine if documents are original or copies and update records accordingly.
• Follow established review criteria and escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Update the tracking system with any exceptions or issues identified during the review process.
• Ensure compliance with company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
• Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management.
• Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points as required.
• Support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• HS Diploma OR equivalent, and one year of document or imaging experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers, good alpha/numeric skills.
• Adapting to new policies and procedures to improve processes and workflow.
• Ability to function independently within time constraints.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong attention to detail.
