Location/Logistics: Remote with quarterly travel to the clients Corporate headquarters on a quarterly basis for 1 week at a time starting Q1 of 2027. Travel expected for 1 week per quarter in Q1, Q2, and Q3 of 2027 with no travel in Q4. *All travel expenses will be paid for*

Senior Product Manager, AI Decision Enablement

Overview

• Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI-powered decision intelligence and analytics initiatives. This role will focus on enabling smarter, faster, and more data-driven decision making across the enterprise through AI, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
• The Product Manager will operate at a portfolio level, driving product strategy, roadmap development, and cross-functional alignment across multiple products and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic product vision with execution and has experience leading complex technology, AI, analytics, or data-driven products.

What You'll Be Working On

• This role will support a growing ecosystem of AI, analytics, and decision-support solutions designed to improve business outcomes and accelerate enterprise decision making.
• Key focus areas include:
• Scaling AI adoption across the organization through practical business use cases.
• Expanding self-service analytics capabilities that empower users to access data and insights independently.
• Supporting enterprise Power BI reporting, dashboarding, and analytics initiatives.
• Driving product strategy for Decision Intelligence solutions that combine data, analytics, business context, and AI to improve decision quality.
• Evaluating and supporting Agentic AI capabilities that can assist with recommendations, workflow automation, and intelligent decision support.
• Helping define a long-term AI and Business Intelligence strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
• Establishing a clear framework between:

  • Intelligence & Semantic Layers
  • Decision Intelligence Solutions
  • Future Agentic AI Capabilities

Decision Intelligence & Agentic AI

• Moving beyond traditional dashboards and reports into AI-assisted decision making.
• Identifying opportunities where AI can streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
• Building solutions that combine analytics, automation, and intelligence to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Evaluating and shaping the organization's future Agentic AI vision and roadmap.

Platform & Product Portfolio Strategy

• Maintaining visibility across a broad portfolio of AI, data, and analytics products.
• Evaluating emerging technologies and market trends to inform future platform investments.
• Assessing how tools and platforms fit within the overall enterprise architecture.
• Helping reduce overlapping capabilities across analytics and data platforms.
• Participating in proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate next-generation AI, analytics, and machine learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and Decision Intelligence solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of products and initiatives while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Lead one large strategic initiative alongside several medium-sized projects.
• Partner with business leaders, engineers, data scientists, architects, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for innovation and business value.
• Drive prioritization of product enhancements, platform capabilities, and roadmap investments.
• Translate business objectives into strategic epics, features, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and delivery coordination across teams.
• Monitor product health, adoption metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
• Support Agile and SAFe planning activities, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and stakeholder presentations.
• Champion customer-centric thinking and data-driven decision making throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting software, AI, analytics, data, or technology products.
• Experience managing complex product portfolios and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Proven experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Decision Intelligence initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI, enterprise reporting platforms, or self-service analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and helping define enterprise platform strategy.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or related product development methodologies.
• Experience defining KPIs and leveraging data to drive product decisions and business outcomes.
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and modern AI architectures.
