Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time, in-house rehabilitation team. Position Highlights Full-Time Opportunity In-House Rehabilitation Program Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care Setting Collaborative Interdisciplinary Team Utilize Net Health electronic documentation system Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence. Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and outcomes using Net Health. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy colleagues, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional resident-centered care. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, facility, and professional practice standards. Educate residents and families on treatment plans, safety techniques, and home exercise programs as appropriate. Qualifications Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred. Experience with Net Health preferred.
