Loan Officer (MLO) | Entry-Level & Experienced Opportunities

This is an in-person position. Please note that we are not currently offering remote or hybrid opportunities for this role. Responsibilities for Licensed Loan Officers (MLOs) Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing Analyze financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products Manage loan files and ensure smooth, timely closings Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved Meet or exceed production goals Responsibilities for Entry-Level Candidates (Loan Officer Assistant → MLO Path) Collect, review, and organize client documentation Communicate with clients and internal teams to support the loan process Learn the mortgage process from application to closing Support pipeline management and ensure smooth transactions Work toward becoming a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Active MLO license OR strong interest in becoming licensed Preferred (Not Required): Experience in mortgage lending, sales, or customer-facing roles Existing referral network or book of business (for licensed candidates) Administrative or support experience (for entry-level candidates) What We Offer: Competitive commission structure with strong earning potential Training and support for both new and experienced team members Clear path from Loan Officer Assistant to Licensed MLO Tools and resources to help you grow your pipeline Collaborative, team-oriented environment Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Opus Home Loans INC
