Senior Global Compensation Partner

Tekion Corp is actively seeking a strategic Compensation partner to advise leaders on offers, promotions, reorganizations, and retention strategies. You will lead market pricing activities and job evaluations to ensure competitive pay practices across the organization. You will influence global compensation programs, drive merit, bonus, and equity cycles, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership while partnering with Legal and People Operations on governance and compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tekion Corp
