Senior Business Systems Analyst, Financial Planning Engineering

Partner with internal business teams and stakeholders in developing delivery roadmaps and associated system requirements for FP&A planning processes.Plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems solutions related to FP&A planning and forecasting tools.Execute on system implementation projects which involves requirements documentation, systems design, model building/configuration, testing, issue identification and bug resolution.Identify constraints and dependencies for technical solutions and effectively manage/communicate to the stakeholders.Perform data analysis and reconciliations, identifying opportunities for process and technical improvement.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.12 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).12 years of experience designing and implementing financial systems.Preferred qualifications:Experience working with systems that manage sensitive data and with SOX controls and change management processes.FP&A domain knowledge and experience implementing planning tools.Understanding of ERP systems and data.Excellent people management and communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to agree with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.Track record in working on cross-functional team projects spanning multiple locations.At Google, we work at lightning speed.
