Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and Colorado state credentials
• Experience in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students
• Understanding of IEPs and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable working with a varied caseload, including students with severe developmental needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering comprehensive OT services to elementary students, with occasional support for those with significant developmental challenges
• Covering four days within the district and one day outside, ensuring continuity of care across locations
• Assessing student needs, developing intervention plans, and tracking progress collaboratively with teachers, families, and staff
• Documenting all services in accordance with district standards and special education regulations
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to strategies that promote student development and participation in classroom activities
