This is a hybrid full-time role based in our Transbay Center office. A typical full-time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in-office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote non-patient facing day.

What you'll be working on:

\ N

\n
• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
  conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
\ N
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
\ N
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
\ N
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
\ N
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
\ N
• Supervising one or moreNP or PA colleagues
\ N
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
\ N

Education,licenses, and experiences required for this role:

\ N

\n
• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
\ N
• Practiced at least 2 ofthe last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
\ N
• Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
\ N
• State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
\ N

The base salary range forthis role is $308,700 to $369,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
