REQUISITOS:
- EXPERIENCIA COMO EXPEDIDOR DE ALIMENTOS O UN PUESTO DE NIVEL DE ENTRADA SIMILAR EN UN RESTAURANTE
- COMPRENSIÓN DE LAS NORMAS DE HIGIENE Y SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA.
- CAPACIDAD FÍSICA Y RESISTENCIA PARA LLEVAR BANDEJAS PESADAS Y PERMANECER DE PIE DURANTE LARGAS HORAS.
- DISPONIBILIDAD PARA TRABAJAR VARIOS TURNOS, INCLUIDOS LOS FINES DE SEMANA
- HABILIDADES MULTITAREA
- BUENAS HABILIDADES DE COMUNICACIÓN ORAL.
- CAPACIDAD PARA MANTENER LA CALMA Y SER PROFESIONAL EN UN ENTORNO DE TRABAJO ACELERADO.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- ENTREGUE LOS PEDIDOS DE COMIDA DESDE LA COCINA A LAS MESAS DE LOS CLIENTES DE FORMA RÁPIDA Y PRECISA
- ACTUAR COMO PUNTO DE CONTACTO ENTRE EL PERSONAL DE LA PARTE DELANTERA Y TRASERA DEL RESTAURANTE
- COMUNICAR LOS PEDIDOS DE ALIMENTOS A LOS COCINEROS, PRESTANDO ATENCIÓN A LAS PRIORIDADES Y SOLICITUDES ESPECIALES (POR EJEMPLO, ALERGIAS ALIMENTARIAS)
- ASEGÚRESE DE QUE LA COMIDA SE SIRVA DE ACUERDO CON LAS NORMAS DE SEGURIDAD (POR EJEMPLO, LA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA)
- RESPONDA LAS PREGUNTAS DE LOS CLIENTES SOBRE LOS INGREDIENTES Y LOS ELEMENTOS DEL MENÚ.
- INFORMAR AL PERSONAL DEL RESTAURANTE SOBRE LOS COMENTARIOS O SOLICITUDES DE LOS CLIENTES (POR EJEMPLO, CUANDO SOLICITAN LA CUENTA).
