Responsibilities Assist Receptionist with greeting and directing campus visitors. Assist in receiving and directing incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff. Assist parents in checking students in and out of school. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, messages, documents, and other deliveries. Assist with the receipt and distribution of student materials, including homework requests. Assist Administrative Assistant with data entry and other clerical assistance as needed. Assist with preparation of materials for mailing, including preparing labels, stuffing envelopes, etc. Maintain confidentiality. Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Equipment Used: Multi-line phone system, personal computer, and typewriter.
